Foundational Units (8 units, 40 lessons)

Implementation of the Foundational Units provides core movement and skill development and meets the SHAPE America National Physical Education Standards.

Seasonal Adventures (4 units, 20 lessons)

Flexible outdoor and environmental units designed to adapt to the seasons.
