Michigan Fitness Foundation (MFF) provides training and technical assistance to local organizations that deliver nutrition education and physical activity programming in Michigan communities. All programming is designed to increase healthy behaviors and implement community-based strategies that improve supports for healthy, affordable food and physical activity built into daily routines.
Evaluation and reporting are responsive to local contexts and aligned with the SNAP-Ed Evaluation Framework.
