4 medium peaches, firm to touch, cut in half, pits removed


  1. Wash and slice peaches in half, remove pits.
  2. Brush cut side lightly with vegetable oil, place face down on grill over medium heat.
  3. After 4 minutes, flip peaches and grill until skins are charred and peaches are soft, 4 to 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from grill, let stand 3-4 minutes. Serve.
